Two Alices. Alice Glaston of 1535 from the town of Much Wenlock. 11 years old and hung for being a witch. The youngest girl ever executed in England. Buried at Holy Trinity Church Yard, exact site unknown. Forgotten and unremembered. Alice Glaston from the town of Much Wenlock of present day (2023). 15 years old and misunderstood. Ignored and unnoticed. They share a name, a home town and a rebellious spirit. Now Alice makes it her mission to tell the story of the other Alice.
ABOUT THE ARTISTS:
Mollie Blue
Mollie Blue is the writer and performer of the one woman show ‘Mud in a Pond’. She is a Wolverhampton girl at heart and loves treading the line between tragedy and comedy, believing the funny can always be found even in our darkest of times (though mostly its just her laughing at her own jokes).
Mollie is a recent graduate of Fourth Monkey and is so excited to make her professional debut at A Pinch of Vaults.
