VAULT: NEW VENUE
We recently announced that we are taking on a vacant space in Zone 1, Central London, and transforming it into a brand new, multi-venue centre of live performance. It will be a long-term home for VAULT, hosting a range of creative opportunities, festivals and events across the year.
All the details, including the location, details of our plans, programmes and more will be released in early 2024. In the meantime, keep your eyes peeled on our socials for teasers and behind the scenes progress!
Heads Up!
VAULT and VAULT Festival are sometimes confused with the former hub of VAULT Festival, 'The Vaults', which is an events venue run by a different team in a different way. We are VAULT, not The Vaults.

THE GLITCH
The Glitch is a vibrant artsy café & bar and unique creative space in the heart of Waterloo, created by VAULT. As the evening draws in, the space morphs into a lively bar with intimate nights of comedy, theatre, music, spoken word and parties. How do I get there?
BY TUBE/RAIL:
Nearest stations are Waterloo and Lambeth North, however Westminster, Southwark and Waterloo East (Mainline) are all within walking distance.
BY BUS
The nearest bus stop to The Glitch is Bus Stop K (Lower Marsh) or A on Westminster Bridge Road. These serve the 12, 148, 159, 453, 53 and 76 buses, heading to/from Aldwych, Elephant & Castle, Kennington.
BY CAR OR TAXI
Taxis are able to drop off directly on Lower Marsh, which provides easy, step free access to the venue. The nearest parking is Waterloo Car Park (39 York Rd, London SE1 7NQ) or the National Theatre Car Park.
Accessibility Information
The Cafe & Bar is on ground level with step free access from street to seat, and a wheelchair accessible bathroom.
Please note that whilst the ground floor of The Glitch has step free access and accessible toilets, The Spacement is downstairs with no step free access. There are 15 steps with a solid handrail.
Service animals are welcome at any time.

UNION THEATRE
The Union Theatre is a fringe theatre situated in the borough of Southwark in London, England. It was established in 1998 by Sasha Regan, and has a reputation for staging musicals. There is a bar on site for pre and post-show drinks.

BY TUBE/RAIL:
The nearest tube station is Southwark (2 minute walk), served by the Jubilee Line. Alternative tube stations are Waterloo and Borough. The nearest mainline stations are Waterloo, Waterloo East and London Bridge.
BY BUS:
The nearest bus stop to The Union Theatre is Bus Stop V and W (Pocock Street) on Blackfriars Road. These serve the 40, 63, N63 and N89 buses, heading to/from King’s Cross, Farringdon Street, Dulwich Library, Honor Oak.
BY CAR OR TAXI:
The streets surrounding the venue are accessible for drop off by taxi. The nearest parking is Union Car Parks (Ewer St, Great Suffolk St, London SE1 0UE).
